In one of the oldest streets of Estepona is this house between party walls. The client's idea was to change as little as possible, due to budget and licenses. So this solution was proposed that did not change anything more than some interior walls and finishes. The proposal seeks to open the house to the light of the patio and the street, eliminating interior barriers with spaces that can merge uses. The house is distributed over three floors:

In the first we have a living room, patio, kitchen with utility room/pantry and guest room. In the second we have three bedrooms, one of them double, with a bathroom. On the top floor we have a study, a room with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with a sitting area and another with facilities.
