The new development proposes a decrease in the traffic flow, generating a more direct connection between both parts of the road. This perception is based on treating the parterres as a seam between both parts and locating living areas between them, being more protected from the wind and allowing a more open walk, with a direct connection to the road along its entire length through steps.
